JInstaller: :Install: Can't Find XML Setup File.

Good morning, I just installed the celestia template and in install- extension-install from folder I get an error JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file. Path does not have a valid package. Unable to detect manifest file. Can you help me?
