Template Updates For Joomla 5 And PHP 8.3 Support

Hi Joomshaper-Team, I have to update several websites from Joomla 4 to Joomla 5 and want to use PHP 8.3. Since a long time now I am waiting that you update the templates "Pitech, Delacroy and Magnin". I can hardly believe it took this long. Thanks for the update which will hopefully be available soon. I apologize for the delayed response and appreciate your patience. Due to immense workload and projects stacked back to back, we haven’t been able to provide you with timely updates. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the fact that there is now an update available for you to use. Based on this progress, I hope that my colleagues will be able to work with greater efficiency in refining the subsequent templates.
