Bug SP Page Builder With The "Testimonialpro Advanced" Addon

SP Page Builder 6 months ago

Hello,

Following the various issues encountered during the migration from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4, I have come across a new problem with SP Page Builder, specifically with the Testimonialpro Advanced addon.

It is now impossible to confirm or save text changes because the validation button is shifted to the very bottom of the page. The button becomes inaccessible — both in the Backend and the Frontend — unless I manually resize the browser window (shrink and then enlarge it), which is not a sustainable workaround.

This appears to be a new SP Page Builder bug… Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Best regards, Michel

Hello Michel,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

From my end, I can see that each settings panel has the scroll option enabled. Could you please update to the latest version of SP Page Builder? Hopefully, that will resolve the issue.

Thanks,

Hello,

Your response does not address the issue I reported. If you had taken the time to log in to the website as requested, you would have seen that the latest version of SP Page Builder is indeed installed.

I kindly ask you to take this issue seriously and provide a concrete solution. This bug is very disruptive, as it prevents proper updates to this section of the website.

I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards, Michel

Please, clear your Browser and Joomla cache, then check again.

Thanks.

That doesn't change a thing (cache)…

For your information, I'm working on a 24-inch screen (4480x2520) and I have to resize the window down to 800 pixels to access the Apply button (I can't scroll any further down the page).

I have to close the page, resize the window, and go back into the addon just to FINALLY edit the content or I have to open the addon, close it, and reopen it.

It's really annoying 😅

Okay, I will forward this to our development team for further investigation.

In the meantime, please use the backend editor as a temporary solution. We hope to include a fix in the next upcoming update.

Thanks,

Intervening in the Backend or the Frontend does not change the presentation of the addon; I still can't access the Apply button any better in either one.

I will be forced to open, close, and reopen in any case.

And if it helps, it worked perfectly BEFORE the migration from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4.
