Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please try switching your PHP version to 8.1 and then attempt the installation again?

Please let me know if that resolves the issue or if you encounter any further errors — we’re happy to assist.

Thanks again!

Best regards,

Could you please share cpanel access? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Sometimes these types of issues are caused by PHP itself. I didn’t make any changes—just enabled debug mode and error reporting, and surprisingly, the issue was resolved.

It’s kind of funny, honestly.

You might not encounter this again in the future. If it happens, feel free to let me know—I’ll check it out and guide you through it.

Thanks!

Regarding the functions of SP LMS, can I allow customers to check the courses or activities they have purchased on the website front site?

Yes, you can do that by creating menu item.

Please, check this documentation: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/joomla-extensions/sp-lms/assigning-sp-lms-items-as-menu-items
