Hi Gregory,

For J4 and J5 easy to solve, please:

  1. Download SP Page Builder Pro 5.5.4 from >> https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension
  2. Install it
  3. Then clear Joomla cache : System Dashboard > Maintenance > Clear Cache

Remember that SPPB 5.5.x is ONLY for Joomla 5.x and Joomla 4.4.x (!)


If you still using Joomla 3.10, sorry but you have to back to SPPB 3.8.10 or reinstall with SPPB 5.4.6. Or use full website backup to fix site.

  1. What Joomla version do you have?
  2. Can you share access to admin area?
  3. Use System Dashboard > Maintenance > Database (to fix)
  4. PHP: upload_max_filesize - what value do you have?? you should have at least 5M (10M or more is suggested)

Sorry, but are you joking or it was mistake with URL? you shared access to Joomla 2.5 site.

Support of that CMS version ended in Dec 2014, it means 10 years ago!

You have to upgrade Joomla CMS to Joomla 3.10 at least or Joomla 4.4 (suggested).

Indeed, since beginning I need working access to new-website.gr/administrator - where you have J4 or J5.

And I don't need access to your hosting panel (cPanel) nor IP, only to new Joomla files/website URL.


Use deepl.com it translate better, than Google Translator ;0]
