I'm trying to upload Fontello and IcoFont. Both seem to upload the icons correctly, but when I try to use them on the website, they don't appear. I've tried using my own icons as well as icons selected from these websites, but none of them work.

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
