Frontend Editing Not Working Please Help

Hi dear Joomshaper support,
I have a new client that uses SPPB v.5.4.2 on a Joomla 4.4.9. Their current issue is that they can not use the frontend editor for editing SP Pagebuilder modules. Please check attached screenshots in hidden section for more details what happens, when I attempt to use the frontend editor.
