SP Page Builder not working after I upgraded website to Joomla 5.3 and PHP 8.3.8. When trying to use my SP Page Builder plugin v 5.5.4 I get a Request failed with status code 500 error message. Any ideas what could be causing this? My staging environment is on the same server as my PROD site and it's a subdomain and it works fine.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
