Migrating SPPB Blogs From J3 / SPPB 3 To J5 / SPPB 5

I have an old SPPB 3 / J3 website with 900+ blog articles

Is there an easy/simple way for me to mass export the 900+ files for the SPPB json, and then re-import them in the new joomla 5 site build?

I have used SPTransfer to move the core jooma blog content across, but this doesn't move the json from SPPagebuilder
