Migrating SP Pages From A J3 Site To J5 Site

I am trying to import a page from a Joomla 3 site with PB v 5.4.1 into a Joomla 5 site with the same version of PB and the same PHP version, but I am getting an error "Unable to open archive" with no explanation. Any thoughts on why I get this error? Thanks
