Megamenu Not Working - Uncaught SyntaxError: JSON.parse

Hi,

When I'm trying to set up a megamenu in template options and nothing happens - no buttons work, I cannot add rows and save. In the console I see this error: "Uncaught SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data"

I'm trying all this on a clean Helix Ultimate quickstart package with Joomla 4.3, PHP 8.2 (tried different php versions as well)

See admin access in hidden area Please advise what to do.

Hi, thank you for the reply. i've just tried on local server and everything works well. The error appears only on live site. please see it for yourself using login details provided in the first message. what should I ask my hosting provider?

Maybe your server provider blocked to load the resources of Helix By rocket_loader of server. You can tell them to disable it and lets try. If it doesn't work you can explain details to them. Thanks
