Apologies for the inconvenience. The store language is determined by the active language of your website. For example, even if you’ve installed an additional language like Spanish, the store will still display in English unless the site language is explicitly set to Spanish.
As for email notifications, they do not translate automatically based on the user’s language. Instead, you need to configure the email templates manually. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in our documentation here:
