Easystore - Languages

Good evening In the store settings, you can install languages. But there is nowhere I can find a setting, where to select the installed languages.

For example:

  • the store is in the default language of the website.
  • In the settings of the customer, there is no prefered language
  • The emailnotifications are by default in English, it seems not to be able get them translated automatically.

Or am I missing something?

Good evening,

Apologies for the inconvenience. The store language is determined by the active language of your website. For example, even if you’ve installed an additional language like Spanish, the store will still display in English unless the site language is explicitly set to Spanish.

As for email notifications, they do not translate automatically based on the user’s language. Instead, you need to configure the email templates manually. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in our documentation here: 🔗 Email Notifications – EasyStore Documentation
