Probably somehow your server security settings does not allow to connect with JoomShaper server. I am also in EU and I see them, anyway I will install you a DE lang files in next 3min.

In case of, in root folder you have file: easystore_german_new2024.zip. You can use it for other sites, just unzip, and copy all files from it.

lösch mal alle deutschen Sprachfiles von Easystore und lösche danach noch den Cache. Anschließend deutsch erneut installieren. Ich habe es in zwei Shops installiert und ich bekomme die gesamte Übersetzung angezeigt. :)
