Font Upload Issue

I tried Uploading Apple Chancery font but I keep getting the "Max size limit exceeded." error. I found similar forum posts but none of the solutions worked. I double checked the System Information and "memory_limit" is set to 1024M. Website login included.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

I’ve checked the issue on your site, and it appears that the problem might be related to the font file generated by the web font converter at fontsquirrel.com . Sometimes their generated packages can cause issues during upload, especially if the file structure or metadata isn't fully compatible.

Could you please try generating the webfont using an alternative tool like https://transfonter.org ? It often provides better compatibility and allows more control over the file formats and subsets.

Let me know if the issue persists after using Transfonter, and I’ll be happy to assist further.

Hi, The above fix worked well for the test page. I need to make Apple Chancery font default for the entire website. I followed the steps below to use custom fonts and it's not loading the Apple Chancery font: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/customization-tips#customfont

Will I need to go through and change the font manually through pagebuilder?

Apologies for the inconvenience.

If a specific font is set directly within SP Page Builder, it will override the template's default CSS settings. However, if no font is defined in SP Page Builder, then the font specified in the template settings—such as Apple Chancery—should be applied site-wide.

To ensure consistency, you may need to manually update the font within SP Page Builder for sections where it was explicitly set.
