How To Add An Image To This (another) Question?

I'v got to ask another question to the forum and there is a need to add a picture/image. I only find this grey snippet of a link, which is not active to select an image-file from my PC. Normally I am not that stupid. Any idea, what i'm doing wrongly? Best regards

Kindly, upload the image to your online server and share just the link in the forum post. You may consider any free online tool such as lightshot, imgur, etc either.
