STRATOS TEMPLATE - Offline Site

Hello, how are you? Again, I need your help. When I activate offline mode, it doesn't display correctly, as I'm attaching in the image in the link below. I don't know if you can help me fix this problem, and I've noticed that this happens with almost all templates or quickstarts. Looking forward to your help.

I know, but changes in offline.php file must be made to correct that. Somehow it was planned to be like that, don't ask me why.
If you know HTML basics - just edit that file: templates\stratos\offline.php
and add
<p style="color: #eee;>Este sito.....</p><br><br> in the new line before the login form code <form action.
