Dear Toufiqur Rahman,
Thank you for your response and the screenshots you shared. I appreciate your time and support.
However, I must respectfully express that I am not fully satisfied with the current outcome. My main concern lies in how the image is being cropped and how it affects the visibility of important content in the image.
I have configured the crop ratios in this settings panel to reduce the image size when displaying thumbnails and medium-sized images:

The goal was to optimize image loading and performance, not to lose essential parts of the visual content. Unfortunately, with the current behavior, the cropping removes critical elements from the image. If I increase the dimensions back to the original size to prevent this issue, it defeats the purpose of having cropped versions like Thumbnail or Medium in the first place.
Would it be possible to implement an option that allows:
- Choosing the focal point of the image during cropping?
- Or disabling hard cropping and instead using proportional scaling while maintaining the aspect ratio?
This would make the image handling much more flexible and content-friendly.
Thank you again for your continued support. I look forward to your guidance on this matter.
Best regards,
Thanh
