Critical Bug With Popup On JoomShaper Extension

Hello,

I’d like to report a blocking issue with one of your extensions. A popup appears automatically and cannot be closed. Even worse, it reappears every time a user clicks anywhere on the site, making navigation completely impossible.

Please find a screenshot of the issue attached.

How did you set the popup to be apeared, please? Can I have your admin access to check the issue for you? Kindly use the hidden content box while sharing your credentials.
