SPPB Version 5.5.7 Media does Provide Access To "File" Folder

Joomla 5.3 provides a new media area called "File" . SPPB does appear to support this folder in own version of media component.

The SPPB's media management is very buggy. They need to test it. Example when i uploaded an image in Joomla media manager, i cannot delete the image using SPPB Media Manager.

Also, when an svg image is not allowed in Joomla, SPPB Media Manager violates this rule and allows the upload.

Go try out and get them to fix these too.
