Browser Cache W/ Helix Template Update

Hello
Every time I make a core change to the template settings (custom presets) the changes never reflect in the preview window, nor in my browser. I have to clear my cache every time in order to see the live changes. Is there a setting in Helix settings to turn that off? I am using Helix 2.1.2

Between us: How often do you make changes in Presets on a single site? Every day, Every week, or only ones?
For Joomla you have extension(s) that allows you clear cache just after your Save action, just install one of them, link below.
About browser cache:
- install & use browser addons (Clear Cache or similar),
- or use built-in keyboard shortcode to refresh,
- or disable cache in browser settings for time of website edition.
- or install extra browser (Firefox Developer Edition, and disable cache there, and use that browser only for websites customization, testing).
A Cache is a good thing, but can be a little irritating for webmasters, we all know that ;]
