Hi Damien,

Indeed, that template do not have that position, but it have those:

         title
    top1
        top2
        top3
        logo
        menu
        menu-modal
        search
        slide
        user1
        user2
        user3
        user4
        left
        right
        feature
        slider
        position1
        position2
        position3
        position4
        position5
        position6
        position7
        position8
        content-top
        content-bottom
        bottom1
        bottom2
        bottom3
        bottom4
        breadcrumb
        footer1
        footer2
        comingsoon
        offcanvas
        pagebuilder
        404
        debug
        offcanvas-modules
        menu-right

By now, I suggest to manually replace needed code from orginal/raw Helix Ultimate.

This will not be a fix, but sort of customization of your template.

  1. Edit your template file: templateDetails.xml and under line with

<position>debug</position> add new line with <position>logged-in-usermenu</position>

Save changes in that file.

  1. Then download Helix Ultimate quickstart, unzip and take this file from it:
    templates\shaper_helixultimate\features\menu.php

then replace file on your Helix Ultimate-based template using it.

In theory, it should be all. That's all I can help.
