The Top Image In An Article does Not Resize And Messes Things Up

I am using helix ultimate 2.1.2 and SPPB 5.5.7 and Joomla 5.3.0

I used the templates to resize the image for Blog to a small size. When i view the article under the blog, top image is reduced (see screencap 1). When i resize the image again, it no longer works and image remains in the reduced size. When I tried to delete the image using the SPPB Media Manager i get this stupid message "Something went wrong".

I tested this under Joomla 4 as well. It does not work also and shows a different mess than Joomla 5.3.0. It does not work with your latest Stratos template too.

How do i fix this? Why is there such a bug? Why have meddled with Joomla's media manager? Do i have to redo every thing again? What an untested mess!!!

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

I recreated the site.

(1) When I change the size of the image in Blog option in Template Option, it does not change now. Use Test Blog1 & 2.

(2) Try to delete "blog-image-march2025.png under emaslib->blog using SPPB Media Manager

(3) The full width view is messy with no margins or padding

Hi, I am not very satisfied with your reply. Its really a blank. I was expecting these details:

(1) What went wrong or mistakes made (2) What was changed (3) Is this covered in the documentation.

Please, appeciate some comprehensive reply. We are long standing supporters and users of Joomshaper, especially SPPB.

I dont know why you are asking me for a video. You should be the one giving me this. You just gave me an inappropriate answer to question. The site blogs seems to be the same as before and nothing has changed.

What did you do to correct the problem??? Can you please answer each of the questions??

After changes settings of blog image size you have re-upload your image.
