you (we) have two options:

1. Disable whole top-bar in mobile view, and keep only header with logo and [=]
2. OR, make top-bar visible with all those social icons, phone, e-mail that will take extra 60px of top space.

In most cases smart people choose (1) - why? Becuase if somebody in browsing site on smartphone, you want to keep them as long you need, and when he/she will see social icons it can click on it even by mistake and go away. Contact info you have in contact page anyway, so it's not needed at the top-bar. Besides, on mobile menu area (under menu links) you can publish module with active phone number or needed social icons.
