On the mobilemenu, the first drop down item is missing a drop down indicator and there is no way to open it to the sub-menu items. On the second drop down heading has an icon but it is several menu items below it. I am not sure what is going on here.

I have found a workaround, so no help is necessary.

Hello Gerald,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Thanks,

It would be helpful if I knew from which country you are accessing? There are definitely country blocks in place.

The two menus in question were set as Menu Heading types. To ensure proper functionality and compatibility, we recommend using the "URL" menu type with a # (hash) symbol in the URL field instead. I have updated both menu items accordingly, and this has resolved the issue.

Please feel free to let me know if you need any further adjustments.

Best regards
