Dynamic Filtering Of Multi-reference Dynamic Content
On SPPageBuilder, using the new dynamic content filtering system, I have two collections.
One, called "Organizations" that contains different organizations/companies. Another called "Counties", containing an item for each county in my state. I reference this with a multi-reference field on the Organizations collection, so that I can select which counties each Organization works in. (Some organizations work state-wide, some only in specific counties)
On the front end, I want to add a dropdown list filter so that a user can check off certain counties, (1 or more) and the dynamic content will be filtered to show only the Organizations that have all the counties the user selects, selected.
This way a user could use the checkbox to highlight a specific county, or counties, and see only the organizations that work in that county.
For some reason, the dynamic filter does not allow front-end users to filter by fields that are set to multi-references, so it is impossible.

You're absolutely right—at the moment, the current version does not support filtering based on multi-reference fields on the front end. This means it's currently not possible to filter Organizations by selected Counties through the checkbox filter as you've described.
We recognize how important this feature is for use cases like yours. The good news is that support for filtering multi-reference fields is already planned and will be introduced in a future update of SP Page Builder.
