Mega Menu Builder Glitching

I have created a screenshot video of the glitch that is occuring when I am trying to use the mega menu in the template styling interface for menu.

Support Policy 8.8.- we cannot support templates that were made by somebody else, and you got it from Windstripe.
Yes, maybe they used our Helix engine, but it doesn't change anything in our rules. Sorry.
Free Quick tips:
- Delete that menu item, create a new one, and assign submenu items again.
- Or, Rebuild Menu structure using Joomla tools.
