Ensure Termplate : Off-Canva Menu Not Visible

Hello, I'm using Ensure template. I've got a problem with off-canvas menu which is not visible. I'm working on a project. So to be sure, I've installed template on an empty server. And that's the same proble : no offcanvas menu on an empty website. Just Ensure Template installed with quickstart on Joomshaper. You can see on preview https://prnt.sc/EDucRk3tI642

Another information: I'm working on Joomla 5 For another project, I worked with Joomla 4. Everything worked fine. A problem with Joomak 5? Please, I need your help

On your site, Template core file was changed and thus created this issue. I have changed the content of this file:

templates/ensure/features/menu.php

and now it works fine.

Please apply the same fix on your production site and do not edit the core files.

Install the template quickstart on your site and take the original file from here:

templates/template_name/features/menu.php

Then replace on your site. Hopefully, it will solve it. If not, then please create a new post.

Have edited that file that could damage feature?

if not, read & follow my tips:

  1. https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/troubleshooting-faq#no-offcanvas-mobile-menu-after-helix-update
  2. https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/troubleshooting-faq#off-canvas-menu-doesnt-appear

if yes, and you edited that file, please take it from raw helix ultimate template

Dear Paul Mentioned selection (select one) according to your link https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/troubleshooting-faq#no-offcanvas-mobile-menu-after-helix-update is not avalable. I just can select RIGHT.

But I just implemented the custom CSS of your link https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/troubleshooting-faq#off-canvas-menu-doesnt-appear

and now it is working now.
