Please download the template package from the link provided earlier, and install it via the Extensions β†’ Manage β†’ Install section in your Joomla backend. Installing the template this way will not overwrite your existing settings, as long as you haven’t made any custom changes directly to the template files or code.

However, for safety and peace of mind, I strongly recommend taking a full site backup before proceeding with the installation.

Please ensure that you have an active subscription plan that includes access to templates. Once confirmed, navigate to Template Options β†’ Update Settings prnt.sc/jyUIU4EsfRC_ and make sure your license information is entered correctly.

After completing the steps above, try installing the template again. If the issue persists, you can manually download the template package from the following link: πŸ”— https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/fixter

Then, install it via Extensions β†’ Manage β†’ Install in your Joomla backend.

Yes, I have all licences. For years now. If I install the template over it now, won't I lose all my settings?
