Automatic Resizing Of Video Background And Other Responsive Problems

Hi all, using Helix Ultimate and Page Builder with J5.3.1. I made a header section with a video background and an animated header addon. Works nice on lager screens, but the video doesn't resize automaticly (with ratio) when the screen gets smaller. Works for mobile portrait when I set min height to 200, but not on mobile landscape or other smaller screens. Which settings do I have to use, to resize the background fitting all screens?
Also, the image carousel addon doesn't resize the pictures dynamicly in ratio. Animated numbers also have some strange behaviour, when you resize the screen.
And the navigation jumps around while resizing. Mobile icon shall apear early (had that before, remember?) Edit: I shortend the nav points, now that works.

You can controll the image carousel addon height for the specific device.
Navigation jumping issue not found.
