I bought a license for the "templates - personal" plan.

When trying to activate the license, I receive an error message: "Request failed with status code 500". I've attached a screenshot. I tried contacting general support via chat, but they told me to post on the forum instead.

The license code is copied directly, so there shouldn't be any errors, and I'm entering the email address exactly as it's listed in my account.
