Had the same problem on another website and could solve it. Now, another website, I tried the same solution, but 3 pages don't accept my settings to get the header images/sliders responsive. Tried everything. 1to1 settings like on a funcioning page, deleted the section and created it new, copied a functioning complete header and changed the image, nothing works here :-( Running out of ideas now, please help. Please have a look here: https://p663153.webspaceconfig.de/index.php/uebernachten https://p663153.webspaceconfig.de/index.php/ueber-uns/karriere https://p663153.webspaceconfig.de/index.php/ueber-uns/regionale-partner Credentials should still be available. Contact me to repost them.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best Regards,

I’ve resolved the responsive issues except for the page here: https://p663153.webspaceconfig.de/index.php/ueber-uns/karriere

On this page, the header background image is quite large. For better responsiveness on mobile devices, I recommend using a smaller or optimized version of the image for mobile.

Thanks!

There was an issue with the fixed height in the section, causing the image to stretch on mobile devices. I’ve added some CSS to your custom styles with mobile breakpoints to improve the responsiveness.

Thanks!
