Hi,

Thanks for the update.

The 406 error and the “Cannot read properties of undefined” issue seem to be caused by your hosting provider (easyname) blocking a backend request from SP Page Builder, likely due to a security filter (e.g., ModSecurity).

Please contact easyname support and ask them to whitelist this URL:

/administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&task=/editor.applicationSettings

It’s a legitimate request from SP Page Builder and should be allowed.

Best regards,

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

It may be an issue with your internet connection. You could try accessing it using a different browser or in incognito/private mode.

Please let me know if there’s any update.

Thank you.
