On one of our sites, the Icons for the menus dont work properly, some menu items display a right arrow when there are sub menu items, some dont? then if I add icons in the helix menu, some work and some dont, some other items just show an error - see screenshot, please advise how do I fix this?

I’ve checked your site and noticed that the menu items showing icon issues were set as Separators. While this menu type can be used to group items, it often causes inconsistent behavior—especially with submenu indicators and icon rendering.
To resolve this, I’ve replaced the Separator items with regular Menu Items using a # as the URL. This is the method we recommend for non-clickable parent menu items, as it ensures better compatibility with icons and submenu indicators in the Helix framework.
Please clear your browser cache and check the menu again. Let us know if everything looks fine or if you need further assistance.
