Hi I have a problem, the menu items under the "separator" item are not displayed when the site is viewed on a smartphone. (I would like to attach a screenshot but I can't upload the photo)

Apologies for the inconvenience. When using a menu separator or menu heading, sub-items may not display correctly on mobile devices due to how some templates handle non-clickable parent items.

We recommend using a custom URL with # instead of the separator or menu heading type. This approach ensures that sub-menu items remain accessible across all devices, including smartphones.

Currently, your ‘Prodotti’ menu item appears as shown in the screenshot prnt.sc/G0BEcbPbEZC-. To resolve the display issue, we recommend updating the menu type from Separator (or non-clickable menu heading) to a Custom Link with the URL set as #.

Thanks for the reply and for the very clear video, but I tried to follow the instructions but the result does not change, when I consult the site from the smartphone I still cannot see the other menu items even with the "#" setting
