SOLVED Good morning, today I realized that I can't use the helix framework. When I open the helix styles I only see a blank page, the helix logo, the device icons, the save button. They are also installed SP Page Builder, JDownload, Membership Pro, Ignite gallery Please help me, the site must be online by tonight! I leave you the access data of the staging

I’ve reviewed your website and didn’t find any issues related to the Helix Ultimate framework or any of its templates. I’ve also attached a screenshot for your reference.

Please try clearing both your Joomla cache and your browser cache to ensure you’re seeing the most up-to-date version of your site.

However, I did notice potential issues related to SP Page Builder. To investigate further, I created a backup of your site and ran it on my local machine — the issues were resolved in that environment. I now have a working backup of your site.

If you continue experiencing problems with SP Page Builder, let me know. I’ll share the working backup with you, and you can deploy it on your live site if needed.

I also see Template Options. Maybe yesterday you were tired and Joomla has its own mood?

Thanks, I understood by comparing with other sites and the problem is there in all of them. It happens in the latest version of chrome for mac. Firefox and safari are fine. I even re-initialized chrome but it happens anyway. I don't know if chrome PC has the same problem, I attach a screenshot

Thanks for your reply. I also found no issues using Mac Chrome, just like Paul. Could you please try clearing both your Joomla cache and your browser cache, then check again?

Chrome for Mac - why I am not surprised. Apple doesn't like Google and that's why all issues come from. Or you have older version of Chrome.


Chrome on Windows - all is totally OK, evidence from my PC

As you see in that case we cannot help more, it's browser issue. Hopefully you have Firefox, Safari, Opera.

Maybe you had old version of Chrome, and problem with auto-update etc.
