How To Change Name And Link Of "Donate" Button

Hello im using the "Hope" template and i can't figure out how to modify this button on the far right that says "Donate". I know this is a dumb question, but I can't figure it out lol. Please help. Thanks!

Thanks. The reason I was confused is because I don't have a "Donate" site module. Mine says "Follow Us". I saw the position in your screen shot and was able to locate it that way. Appreciate the help.
