Is There A Table Of Content Feature With SP Page Builder Or The Helix Framwork?

Is there a feature in SP Page Builder or the Helix Ultimate framework to create a Table of Contents? In other words generate a table of contents for any page, based on the heading elements. I know there is a Table of Content plugin for bootstrap.

Maybe this feature is already incorporated into SP Page Builder or the Helix Ultimate Framework under a different title or terminology.

All extensions or tools that I know works only with native/core Joomla Articles.
Doing it for Pages - right now only manually (by using Navigation addon).

Accepted AnswerFrank, Thanks for your feedback. I tried the Navigation add-on...maybe I am using it incorrectly. I 'm just want to know if the Helix framework or SP Page Builder Pro have an add-on or function to create a table of of content based on a page's H1-H6 tags automatically.
I could create a section using a text block using links to sections in the page itself. But that would take too long.
I think this joomla extension is what I want . here's the link: https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/table-of-contents-ck/. But I want to avoid using this extension if this feature is avaible in the Helix framework or SP page builder pro.

As I said before, No.
Also becuase content from SPPB is more complicated (rows, columns, and different types of addons) than text from raw Article. Shared plugin from JED is also only for Articles.
