Sticky Header Not Working Properly And Not Removable On Giver Template

Hello,

Sometimes the sticky header loses its orange background when scrolling down the page. When I try to turn off the sticky header in the helix ultimate settings it only removes the background colour and not the sticky header.

Would you please give me your admin access to check the issue better?

And please check that if toggling CSS/JS compression along with clearing the Joomla and browser cache helps or not...

What is toggling CSS/JS compression? I've cleared that cache and that doesnt work.

Hi. Looks like a not too thought-out template design (If only you yourself have not customized CSS). To disable the sticky header, you will need additionally CSS code.

#sp-header:not(.header-sticky) {
    position: absolute;
}
