Hi, I renewed my Page Builder Pro license today. I can create a page, but it won't let me edit it afterward. I get a 504 error when I try to edit it. Can you help me?

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best Regards,

The issue you’re experiencing with the SP Page Builder front-end editor login appears to be caused by the Joomdle extension plugins. These plugins are interfering with the standard Joomla login process, which is resulting in the 504 Gateway Timeout error.

To resolve this, you can:

  1. Temporarily disable the Joomdle plugins via your Joomla administrator panel.
  2. Alternatively, contact Joomdle support for assistance in configuring their plugins to work properly with front-end login and SP Page Builder.

Once the conflicting plugins are disabled or properly configured, your front-end login should work without issue.

Best regards,
