SP Page Builder 3 months ago

I’ve added a popup to my page using SP Page Builder, but it’s not appearing in front as expected. I want the popup to always be visible at the bottom of the page. The link to the affected webpage is included in the hidden content section.

I’d appreciate your help in identifying what might be causing the issue or how to adjust the settings so the popup displays correctly.

Here are some screenshots https://tinyurl.com/ywuer9r5 https://tinyurl.com/ysvgp6zk

P.S. Also I notice (HelixUltimate) that scroll to top is no longer have icon

Apologies for the inconvenience. Please navigate to Plugins → System - RSSeo! → CSS/JS Optimizations, and set "Minify HTML" to No prnt.sc/CWRdviUO_IBr. This should resolve the issue.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi, thank you for your help! I've disabled all options under CSS/JS Optimizations, but now I’ve noticed the following issues:

  1. I can’t click on any menu items—they’re no longer responsive.

  2. There is visible text at the top of the page: #sp-pagebuilder-overlay-26

You’ll see all of these problems when the popup page ID-26 is enabled. Currently, that popup page is disabled so the site is working fine for now.

Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your detailed feedback.

Please note that when the popup is active, interaction with other elements such as menu items or buttons becomes restricted. This is expected behavior, as the Popup Builder is not designed to allow interaction with the background content while the popup is open—you must close the popup to resume interaction.

Regarding the visible text #sp-pagebuilder-overlay-26, this appears when the popup overlay is disabled. This is indeed a bug. I have reported the issue to our development team, and it will be addressed in a future update.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Is there a plan to implement a popup that allows interaction with the background content while it’s active?

At the moment, there are no plans to implement a popup feature that allows interaction with the background content while it is active. The current design intentionally restricts interaction to ensure proper focus and usability of the popup element.
