Do you have a separate forums for each template so we can see FAQs on each, ? I cannot see them as an AGENCY subscriber and a ten year customer!
it would save a lot of time and not getting lost in the main stream of support questions, where 95% are irelevant to the basic template user.. :)

I am afraid no, we have main common forum for all templates, but I agree that it would be helpful. Hopefully you have Search field.
