The theme I purchased was built using Helix Ulitmate 2.1.3. When trying to go into site template styles and open my theme, I get the following view

I never had this issue in the past.

In that case we cannot help, Support Policy 8.8.

Our JoomShaper Support is only for products purchased here or downloaded from our site, not from templatemonster, themeforest etc.

Please ask template seller for help. Probably you need a new Template version.
