No relation. Yes, you can delete my account (FTP) if it was created only for me.

I am keen to get my clients site back live asap - then I can update to the latest SP Pagebuilder.

If you need an Admin log in then here it is:

Hi Dan,

Indeed, your admin area is damaged; probably the update process wasn't completed. Not all component files were uploaded.

To fix it access to FTP is needed.

Thx, I reinstalled component, but other Joomla update problems are still on your hands.

I also get this error - not sure how to find with Plug in to update

thanks

Dan

The plugin package that is installed doesn't match your actual Joomla version and is not fully compatible. The package for Joomla 3.x is currently installed but you are running Joomla 4.x, if you have just upgraded your Joomla website from the version 3.x to the version 4.x the plugin must also be upgraded accordingly. To upgrade the plugin, visit our store at https://storejextensions.org, download the package for Joomla 4.x and install it over the current one

Dan, yes, I saw it too, but here is the JoomShaper forum, so we can help only with our products.

I have resolved the extension error message - but when I click 'login' on the main menu I still get the following error message

Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Router\SiteRouter::getMode()

We did not have this before upgrading

Here are two possible reasons:

  1. An old plugin or module that is incompatible with your version of Joomla 4+

  2. An error during migration from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4+. If the site was migrated, the old code may still refer to methods from Joomla 3 that do not exist in the newer version.

This is not a problem from the Helix Template or SPPB.

Thanks Paul - you did an FTP upload yesterday could this be related to it? and the code not updated?

thanks

Dan

No, my main task was to fix SPPB, and that's what I focused on.

I am fairly certain that the issue is caused by an old plugin or module from the J3 era. Point (1).

Thanks Paul - we will research further - it is good to be sure the FTP is not related.
