Problem With Blog Post Covers And Home Page Slider Thumbnails

Good evening, I'm having a problem with the shaper_revibe template. I uploaded a new image for the blog post covers, but it still displays the default image with the Joomshaper text. Furthermore, the same image appears in the homepage slider thumbnails on all five thumbnails. How can I fix this? The site name is tipografiaragione.it.
