Hi,

1. In Template Options > Basic > Body > Disable Preloader (is not needed, and it cause only problems when JS compression is enabled) > Save changes. And all should be OK.
2. I cannot use shared IP. It doesn't work like that
3. Broken CSS (from first screenshots) wasn't a template issue. For me it looked that CSS/JS compression was too high or JS conflict. You have to check different settings of jspeed extension.
