YouTube Video Thumbnails Suddenly In 1:1 Format Instead Of 16:9

Hello,

I am using SP Page Builder (latest version) with Helix Ultimate and have embedded several YouTube videos. Until recently, the preview images were displayed in the correct 16:9 format. However, since one of the latest updates, they are now being shown as square (1:1).

Is this a known issue or an intentional change? Is there a setting in Page Builder or Helix to force the 16:9 format again?
