Strange Thing With Blog View

Hello,

I haven't seen this before, but on my homepage I have a normal footer, but when I choose a blog article I have an abnormal footer. In bloag category there is no issue. Strange? Yes. Solvable? I don't know. I have really no idea where to start to solve this.

Homepage created with template Gazette and Pagebuilder 5.7.1 Category and articles are default Joomla. Regards, Peter

Hoi Peter,

  • Strange? Not at all. I have seen more strange things in Joomla.
  • Solvable? Of course, Yes.
  • Why? Probably a different font-size & color is used, inherited from style used on that "blog" view only.

Use Code Inspector (Firefox, Chrome) and preview CSS styles.

Hi Paul,

thanks for your reply. One question: this behaviour for the blog-layout and its own CSS: can you disable it? Of course I can make custom css, but it's extra work. There should be a button for disabling, which is much more easy to use.

By the way: I am using the Gazette template which has this behaviour.
