Problems Of Display The Website On Mobile Devices

Hello, When users visit our website the whole page is very small in width. I assume this is a problem in responsiveness. When looked on it on a Laptop all is fine. On Smartphones on portrait view it looks horrible, We use the helix template. I figured out, that this is visible/ happens when the laptop mode is selected and the tablet mode. Looks like all is reduced to 50%

Please take a quick look and let me know what to change.

Rge frontend editor doesn´t display the content - except the content of sppagebulder - maybe you´ll find any solution for this too.

best regards.

Hi,

Then please add this code in your custom css:

* > body {
    padding-right: 0px;
}

Add !important if needed.

Let me know if it helps!

Hi there!

Sorry for your experience.

I have checked the site and it seems you set right padding as custom CSS somewhere. Please check the screenshot below:

If you know, just remove that CSS or override it.

Hello and thx,

but I don´t find this. I have 2 places where I added custom css (on the page itself)

figure.fig_openhours.navy i { background:#a5cd3d !important; } .openhours .dclose td, .openhours tr.dclose:hover td { background-color: rgba(105, 205, 61, 0.75) !important; color: #333333 !important; } figcaption { color: #262626 !important; background: #FFFFFF !important; border:1px solid #c2c2c2 !important; }

sppb-addon-1712820740880 {

text-align:center !important; }

and in the site template styles

sp-header {

height: 110px !important; }

sp-header .logo {

height: 110px !important; align-items: center; }

Is there any chance to see what file is affected?

in the template.css there also is no such entry. Kind regards Enrico Machka
