When Template Name Changed, Search Icon & Page Load Disappears

I am using the Themis template and changed the name of template. All is good, except for search button in menu position.

The search icon changes to search field and the Search page that loads disappears.

How can I fix this? Where are the codes that call the search icon & pop-up Search?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Might be css or javascript class name conflict after changes the Template name.
