Ensure Template Search Results Double Eyeglass Icon/Buttons

Hello,
When searching for content using the Ensure template, the search results page shows double search icon buttons.
Link in hidden content.
I tried looking at the finder override files located here templates/ensure/html/com_finder/search/default_results.php but these files only have the following code:

The file is overridden in this location: plugins/system/helixultimate/overrides/com_finder/search/default_results.php If you want to change it, then copy-paste the file to this location: templates/ensure/overrides/com_finder/search/default_results.phpand then customize.

Thank you for the info.
I found the issue, there was a language override our team created that changed JSEARCH_FILTER_SUBMIT to <i class="fas fa-search"></i>
Now I have a proper override in place based on the information you provided, thanks again!
